The burble itself doesn’t add to performance, it just burns more gas from higher over 4K.
I’m getting a burble tune myself from Bren Tuning after I install the Invidia Catless J-Pipe on my WRX.
Long haul (years) it might burn your cats, but besides that you should be fine having the tune..
